The right height for a Hanging Chair

How much space do I need for a hanging chair? It's easy to work it out...

Each hanging chair model has different space requirements. Depending on the size of the hanging chair and the weight of the user, the height needed may vary.
With an average load, you need to allow for the height of the hanging chair, then add 40-50 cm for leg space and add the length of the fastening fixture (hook or the like). It is important to bear in mind that when first used the hanging chair is likely to stretch – so don't worry if the height strikes you at first glance as excessive.

The recommended distance from the floor to the lowest point of the hanging chair is always around 40-50 cm when loaded – whichever hanging chair is being used. This makes it easy to get on and off the chair.
